At Loved Forever Yeshua, every shawl is prepared with care and prayer. If for any reason you need assistance with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow several business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Then contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
